Melbourne for Visitors and Casual Cyclists - Winter 2010
Finally, after much hand-folding, the new edition of Melbourne’s one of a kind map and riding guide is out this week.
Winter 2010 has three thoroughly unique riding routes, Hidden Heritage, by architectural historian of the National Trust, Studio Pip & Co’s Built Environs Cycle Adventure, by the local design studio’s founder Andrew Ashton, and our Northside Vintage Shopper, as we’ve been asked so many times…
Along with a what’s on, reviews, city commentary and random thought, the guide can now be found at bookstores Metropolis (252 Swanston St) and The Paperback (60 Bourke St) in the CBD, Readings Lygon Street and Acland Street, and the NGV Australia Bookshop, Federation Square.
The guide sells for a humble $3, or send $5 note and a stamped self addressed envelope to PO Box 361 East Melbourne for two copies.
Happy reading, and, of course, happy riding.
